Make a Fireworks Quilted Table Runner

I am absolutely in love with this delightful fireworks table runner designed by Calli, author of the Make it Do blog. What’s even more wonderful is that Calli posted a thorough, step-by-step tutorial on how you can make your own fireworks table runner this Independence Day. What a charming way to brighten up your table for a Fourth of July bar-b-que!

While many, many different fabrics would be fabulous with this project, I couldn’t help but pull together a slideshow of RJR’s Confetti collection. Confetti just seems like a natural fit. Plus, you could use different colors and create a celebratory table runner for any festivities. Check out the collection in the slideshow below, and be sure to look for your fabric for this–and all your quilting and sewing projects–at your fabric independent quilt or fabric shop.

I’m not one to have much THEME stuff laying around, but that is a really cute table runner. I may have to think twice!
