Today is National Tie One On Day! Hopefully, you have had a chance to make an apron to give away to someone in need of a kind word of support. It has a flattering flared skirt and fitted bodice–it’s bound to be a knockout on anyone!
Aprons are a great project, because you can really use any fabric you like to sew it. I really like Treetop Fancy from FreeSpirit, which is described as a “…fusion of ‘Art Nouveau’, toile impersonation, modern design and exquisite color.” It’s artistic and would be striking in an apron.
