Free Pattern – Lucy’s Chocolate Factory Apron by Quilting Treasures

LucyApron.jpg

Remember that iconic episode of I Love Lucy in which Lucy and Ethel work in a chocolate factory? You know the one–the conveyor belt keeps going faster and faster and they’re eating chocolates and stuffing them under their hats trying to keep up. It’s quilt possibly one of the funniest scenes in television history. Well, thanks to Quilting Treasures there’s a free apron pattern–called Lucy’s Chocolate Factory–inspired by that scene. You can download the pattern and instructions here.

And if that weren’t enough I Love Lucy, Quilting Treasures also offers a collection of cotton fabric inspired by that episode as well, also named Lucy’s Chocolate Factory. The collection has as much goodness as the episode, chocolates everywhere, Lucy’s horrified face as she realizes that she can’t keep up and even some I Love Lucy logos. Check out the slideshow below for all the fabrics in the Lucy’s Chocolate Factory line.

And if you need some inspiration before you start sewing your apron, you can watch a clip of that scene here.
